Deck Labor Warranty

All decks installed by Arrow Fence Inc. include a 3-Year Labor Warranty from the date of installation.

This warranty covers issues related to the workmanship and installation performed by Arrow Fence Inc.

Examples of items covered under the labor warranty may include:

  • Structural installation issues related to deck framing
  • Improper fastening or securing of deck components
  • Installation defects related to stairs, railings, or deck boards
  • Workmanship issues that impact the structural integrity of the deck

If a problem occurs due to installation workmanship within the warranty period, Arrow Fence Inc. will repair the issue at no additional labor cost.

Material and Product Warranties

Product and material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and may vary depending on the type of material used in your project.

Common warranty coverage may include:

  • Composite decking manufacturer warranties
  • Vinyl fencing product warranties
  • Aluminum railing warranties
  • Hardware and component warranties
  • Treated lumber warranties

Warranty terms for materials may vary by manufacturer and product line. Customers will receive warranty documentation for applicable materials when available.

Arrow Fence Inc. will assist customers with manufacturer warranty claims when necessary, but the coverage and duration are determined by the manufacturer.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by factors outside of Arrow Fence Inc.’s workmanship or manufacturer defects, including but not limited to:

  • Normal wear and aging of materials
  • Weather-related damage (storms, flooding, wind damage, etc.)
  • Ground movement or soil shifting
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or alterations
  • Improper maintenance
  • Damage caused by third parties

Natural characteristics of certain materials, such as wood expansion, contraction, cracking, or color changes, are normal and not considered defects.
